He did his MBBS from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur and post graduation in Medicine from MLB Medical College, Jhansi. After working as Senior Resident in the Department of Endocrinology at SGPGIMS, Lucknow, he joined St. Joseph's Hospital at Gomtinagar, Lucknow where he is currently working since 16 years as Senior Consultant in the Medicine Department. His special interest lies in the field of Diabetes, but he deals with respiratory, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal and general patients as well.
