Apart from in-clinic consultations, both doctors are also available for online consultations via the DOCON mobile application. They deal with patients of all age groups from newborns to geriatric patients. All vaccination facilities are available in the clinic along with facility for Nebulisation and Electrocardiogram (ECG). The clinic also has an in-house pharmacy under Mr Madhukar Yadav, Pharmacist assisted by Shiva Tiwari. The OPD staff includes Ravi Kumar, Rahul Verma ,Ritu Upadhyay and Nikki singh.
